Academics, Babies, Bad Breath, Addictions and Shopping

 and now an update on various happenings in the world of Team Doughten:

~ In the world of academia, one of T's parent wants to have a meeting to know if her son can retake all of his tests while she is sitting there.  what the what?

~ in the world of baby Bella, her hair is very pretty and blonde right now.  she went to Longwood Gardens last night for the first time and didn't even cry until the end of the night when she got tired.  She doesn't like being outside for long periods, but she really likes looking at bright lights on christmas trees.  She was held b/c she doesn't like to be strapped down.  Derek pushed the stroller just in case.  She looked great in her beautiful white snow outfit! 

~ Now for some disgusting news, Chase's breath smells terrible, like a dead walrus.  Christine is going to tell Derek to get him some denta-sticks.  gotcha...

~ so what other news?  well, the family is still waiting to hear from Porkie Pop's physical therapist about his condition and to know how to deal with his leg pain.    It was suggested that he take Tylenol but he would not take it b/c it was addicting!  When it was pointed out to him that people usually get hooked on prescription pain pills he simply said: "no, no, it is all the same." 

~ And in some sad news, Middie Mom was unable to attend Porkie Pop's follow up visit with the skin doctor due to multiple germs in the waiting room.

~ In the world of retail, Uncle Harry and Aunt Linda went shopping last night and got all of their shopping done!  they were out to almost 10:00 at night and harry was "getting to end of his rope" but Aunt Linda said she was going to "straighten him out."  yikes...sounds dangerous

~ Some unconfirmed reports indicate that certain members of the family have been so busy that they haven't even had time to turn on their Christmas tree lights!

~ Aunt Cath continues to wrap gifts and prepare for the happ-happ-happiest Christmas Day celebration for the entire Team Doughten contingent.  She's gotten more then this year than ever before!

~ Uncle Steph continues to work his way into his new job and the feedback is tremendous so far!
