With a little help from a baby.....

The following comes for Christine:

"this past weekend Bella, Derek and I went to help middie mom put up her christmas tree.  I have been helping her do this for over 10 years and now that we have bella I like to keep that tradition going! I'll never forget the first time I helped them put the tree up when I was 20.  It fell over when we first put it up and porkie said: "alright, let's just stop foolin' with that silly thing."  I'll never forget it!  This time things went much more smoothly.  Derek fixed porkie pop's closet while I put up the tree and decorated it.  Bella was a little fussy though because she is teething and still has a little bit of a problem being gassy.  She also doesn't like wearing coats, so when we brought her in the house she was crying a bit too (but I had derek take her coat off and then she was happy just being held).  I ended up doing a little baby sitting and putting up the tree at the same time!  Middie and Ann do love holding my sweet Bella too!  Once we got the tree up, Porkie made everybody lunch and then we were on our way home.  Bella slept the whole way, she had a long day but is such a good traveler."
